Hydraulic oils and fluids

AMG-10 is used in hydraulic systems of the aircraft and land-based equipment, which works in the environment temperature range from – 60°C to +55°C.

7-50C-3 is used in aircraft hydraulic units and systems (including those of MiG-25 and MiG-31).

MGE-10A is used in hydraulic systems of aircraft and land-based equipment, which works in the environment temperature range from -60°C to +55°C.

“A” Grade is used in automobile and other equipment fluid transformers and automatic gearboxes.

“R” Grade is used in steering wheel hydraulic boost systems and in hydrostatic drives.

VMGZ is used in land-based continuous-duty equipment hydraulic systems operated out-of-doors within the temperature range from –50°C to +60°C.

VMGZ-45 is used in hydraulic drive systems of construction, road, logging, lift-and-carry, agricultural and other machines operating in the open air at the effective oil volume temperature from -40°C to +80°C, depending on the type of hydraulic pump.

AU spindle oil is used as a hydraulic fluid for hydraulic drives within the temperature range from -(30-35)°C to +(90-100)°C.

PGV hydraulic fluid is used as a hydraulic fluid in hydraulic systems.

Aviation oils and fluids

AMG-10 is used in aircraft and land-based equipment hydraulic systems, which work in the environment temperature range from – 60°C to +55°C.

VNII NP 50-1-4U grade is used in gas-turbine engines of Sukhoi (Su), Mikoyan (Mig), Tupolev (TU), Ilushin (Il), Yakovlev (Yak) and Antonov (An) military and civil aircraft and in the turbo-compressor unit of Mi-26 helicopters power-plant assemblies, as well as in aircraft gas-turbine engines of gas-compressing plants.

VNII NP 50-1-4F is approved for use in the Il-96-300, Tu-204, Tu-214, Tu-334, Yak-42, An-74 and An-124 ‘Ruslan’ civil aircraft; Su-27, Su -30, An-72, MiG-31, MiG -21, MiG -23, MiG -27, Su -15, Su -17, Su -20, Su -24, Su –25 and Tu-22 military aircraft; Mi-26 helicopters and in all types of the aircraft air-conditioning systems cooling turbines.

IPM-10 is used in the military and civil aircraft gas-turbine engines and in aircraft cooling turbines.

B-3V is used in gas-turbine engines, reduction cases and other devices with the outlet oil temperature of up to 200°C.

7-50C-3 is used in aircraft hydraulic units and systems (including those of MiG-25 and MiG-31).

TSgyp is used for helicopter transmission elements.

VT-301 is used in short-life gas-turbine engines used in special equipment.

MS-8p is used in gas-turbine engines of Il-62, Il-76, Il-86, Tu-134, Tu-154, Yak-40, MiG-21, Su-15 and Su-25 aircraft and Mi-6 and Mi-7 helicopters, as well as in marine, gas-compressor unit and power-plant gas-turbine engines.

MS-8rk iis intended for aircraft engines lubrication and conservation.

MS-20 is used in reciprocating aircraft engines; in turbo-propeller An-2 aircraft engine oiling systems as an oil-blend component; in airscrew hub feathering hinges; in the speed governors of diesel engines with self-contained oiling systems and sumps; and also for lubrication of gas-compressor plant engine-compressor units.

VO-12 is used for lubrication of airscrew hub feathering hinges of the Mi-2, Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-6, Mi-10, Mi-24, Mi-35, KA-27, KA-29 and KA-32 helicopters.

“Arktica” antiicing aircraft fluid is used for ground prelaunch treatment of aircrafts’ chassis in low temperatures to provide a safe takeoff.

Gun oils

Gun oil RZhis used for a short-term rust protection of the metal surfaces, for lubrication of low-duty units within the temperature range of up to minus 50°C and for the removal of sludge.

Gun oil VO use for short-term protection of metal surfaces against corrosion and as lubricant for not loaded knots quickly working at temperature above +5°C.
